Tina Thompson Dance Fitness Theatre Camp

From April 28-30, Kerri left the concrete & Marley for trees & yoga mats when she attended Tina Thompson Dance Fitness Theatre Camp. The weekend was hosted by Miss Fitness USA 2006 1st runner-up Tina Thompson at the Friar Tuck resort in the Catskills. From 6am morning sprints to partner dancing to lectures on nutrition, the weekend was filled with activity. The agenda also included power dance and yoga classes. However, Kerri made sure to take full advantage of the sauna and pool!
